WINDSOR (Conn.) – January 12, 2025 – Southern New England Healthcare Organization (SoNE HEALTH), a clinically integrated medical provider network recognized as the regional leader in value-based care and population health, has announced the formation of SoNE HEALTH Medical Group, an innovative new medical practice focused on building strong, trusting and collaborative relationships between patients and physicians.
The SoNE HEALTH Medical Group will be open to physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) seeking to migrate from an independent practice or an employed arrangement to a transformational medical group focused on delivering high-quality patient care with exceptional patient satisfaction. SoNE HEALTH Medical Group will mirror SoNE HEALTH’s model of innovation and independence, a medical group owned by physicians that provides them with a voice in practice governance.
