Trudi McKenna

Trudi McKenna is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at SoNE HEALTH.  She is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in finance and healthcare.  She is an executive professional with a diversified portfolio and extensive experience in strategic planning, finance, operations, administration, health system integration and transformation.

At SoNE HEALTH, Trudi has optimized the financial performance and growth over the past nine fiscal years to generate positive bottom-line results.  She has led the MSSP ACO entity which has produced shared savings totaling $50 million since 2020.  She was integral to the initial development and infrastructure build of SoNE HEALTH as a clinically integrated network.

Further, she established the SoNE human resources and Medical Economics departments to facilitate internal functionality for the employees and to improve the performance in its value-based care agreement portfolio.  Most recently, she has enhanced the Management Services for SoNE to enable improved savings and efficiencies for the network practices and helped to create the new medical group infrastructure.  She also oversees the finance, IT/Data and credentialing teams within SoNE.

Prior to joining SoNE, Trudi served as the Director of Finance and Administration at Hartford HealthCare’s Integrated Care Partners (ICP).  She was a member of the team that created ICP and while there she co-led the Medicare Shared Savings Program for the Hartford HealthCare ACO. Previous leadership positions included Interim CFO and Financial Analysis Manager at Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia.

Trudi has served as the Treasurer and Board member for a local FQHC, Community Health Services in Hartford, CT.  She is also a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree from Temple University.
