  • Experience: Joined SoNE HEALTH in 2023 from Hartford Hospital in Connecticut where she practiced as an inpatient pharmacist and rotated through various clinical and operational roles. She completed a pharmacy residency program at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center where she was a member of the care team in primary care and anticoagulation clinics. During her time in the primary care clinic, she worked directly with patients and providers to optimize heart failure and diabetes medications as well as assist with other chronic disease state management. During her time in the anticoagulation clinic, she assisted with direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC) transitions of care and dosed warfarin.

  • Experience: Joined SoNE HEALTH in 2020 from Cambridge Health Alliance in Boston, MA where she practiced as an embedded ambulatory care pharmacist for four years, largely focusing on chronic disease state management including type 1 and type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, COPD, smoking cessation, and disease states requiring anticoagulation management.
